The birth of disposable paper cups has gone through multiple steps, and any problem in any link will cause product quality problems. 1. Laminating membrane
The basic one is paper cups and raw paper. Our company's raw materials are all from domestic food-grade brands, including Huaxia Sun, Jingui App, Wuxing, Yibin, etc., with guaranteed quality.
In order to improve the waterproofness and durability of paper cups, a waterproof coating is usually applied on the inside of the paper cup, namely, coating and coating. The traditional coating is plastic film such as polyethylene (PE). This step is especially important for a single-use hot drink cup, as hot drinks can melt or deform the plain paper. In addition to providing traditional PE coatings, our company can also provide PLA coatings. Compared with PE coating, PLA coating paper is degradable, environmentally friendly, safe and non-toxic, and can ensure the safety of the entrance. Even hot drinks will not release harmful substances under high temperatures.
2, Print
After the raw materials of the disposable paper cup are prepared, custom-print the logo, pattern or advertising information required by the customer according to the customer's needs. Printing methods may include offset printing, flexo printing, etc., and use environmentally friendly inks to ensure product safety. In addition, some paper cups may also require oil spraying, printing or UV curing on the outer layer to enhance visual effect and durability.
3. Die-cutting, slicing
The printed coating paper is die-cut or cut into paper cups and cup pieces of the size required by the user.
4. Forming
Stamping or hot pressing molding: The cup pieces of disposable paper cups are fed into a molding machine, and processed through stamping or hot pressing and other processes to form a paper cup embryo body of the desired shape and size.
5. Disinfection and quality inspection
To ensure the hygiene and safety of paper cups, we will also disinfect the formed paper cups. After rigorous quality inspection, qualified paper cups are packaged in plastic bags, cartons or cartons for transportation and storage.
